2. Test materials:
Black 600D+ jacquard nylon cloth (coated bottom)
3. Test process:
1. 1#: 76015g/L+XR88 synergist 10g/L
2#: 96010g/L+XR88 synergist 10g/L

3. After the three processed sample cloths have been cooled and balanced for 8 hours, cut 76MMX25MM cloth strips along the warp and weft directions respectively, and immerse them vertically in a 0.5-inch red ink container for anti-siphonage testing.
4. Test results:
1. Waterproof test of three sample fabrics (AATCC-22):
1# sample fabric: 80 on the front and 70 on the back (coated side)
2# sample cloth: 80 on the front and 70+ on the back (coated surface)
3# sample fabric: front 100, back (coated side) 90-
2. Anti-siphon test, test the siphon height of the sample cloth after 2 hours of immersion:
1# sample fabric is 4mm in warp direction and 5mm in weft direction
2# sample fabric is 4mm in warp direction and 4mm in weft direction
The warp direction of sample 3# is <1mm and the weft direction is <1mm. After 8 hours: the warp direction is <1mm and the weft direction is <1mm.
5. Suggestions:
Nylon fabrics are prone to migration during baking, so the liquid carrying rate and baking temperature are not likely to be too high.
