The EU CN (Combined Nomenclature) codes of the products involved are 70192200, ex70191200 (EU TARIC codes are 7019120011, 7019120025, 7019120026, 7019120039), 70191400, and 70191500. The dumping investigation period in this case is from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, and the damage investigation period is from January 1, 2018 to the end of the dumping investigation period.
On December 17, 2009, the EU launched an anti-dumping investigation into Chinese glass fiber filaments. On March 15, 2022, the European Union made a final anti-dumping ruling on Chinese fiberglass filament. On March 15, 2016, the EU launched its first anti-dumping sunset review investigation into Chinese glass fiber filaments. On April 25, 2017, the European Commission made its first anti-dumping sunset review final ruling on glass fiber filaments originating in China.
