On September 30, 2011, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued an announcement stating that in response to the Indian domestic enterprise Grasdfssdfssim Industries Limited and the Indian Man-made Fiber Industry Association (Associasdfssdfsn-Masdfssdfsde Fiber Industry of Indiasdfssdfs) The application submitted to initiate an anti-dumping investigation into viscose filament yarn [Viscose Rasdfssdfsyon Filasdfssdfsment Yasdfssdfsrn (VFY)] originating in or imported from China. The dumping investigation period in this case is from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2011 (12 months), and the damage investigation period is from 2018 to 2019, 2019 to 2020, 2020 to 2021 and April 2021 1 to March 31, 2011. The products involved include dyed and undyed yarns as well as viscose filament yarns produced through centrifugal spinning (PSY) and continuous spinning (CSY) processes. Involving products under Indian customs codes 54031000, 54031090, 54033100, 54033200, 54034220, 54034120, 54034130, 54034150, 54034170\54034190. Viscose filament yarn produced through spool spinning (SSY) process and ready-to-use small spool embroidery thread for embroidery machines under Indian Customs Code 5401 are not within the scope of the investigation.
