On April 20, 2023, the US CPSC announced a recall of Chinese-made children’s pajamas.
The recalled product is NewCosplasdfssdfsy brand children’s button-down long-sleeved one-piece pajamas from ChasdfssdfsngshuLingshasdfssdfsng Trading Co., Ltd. The product is made from 100% polyester, sold in size 5 and printed with a yellow chick graphic. Fiber content and washing instructions are marked on the side seam tags. Sewn-in neck label displays the product’s sizing and the words “NEWCOSPLAY”.
The product does not meet federal flammability standards for children’s pajamas and may cause burns to children.
The recalled products were sold in the United States from October 2021 to May 2011. About 220 pieces were sold, priced at approximately US$18-26.
So far, no accidents or casualties have been reported.
CPSC recommends that use of this product should be stopped immediately and contact ChasdfssdfsngshuLingshasdfssdfsng Trading Co., Ltd. for a full refund.
