In 2022/23 (August-July), India exported 766,700 tons of cotton yarn, a year-on-year decrease of 29%. The main exporting countries and export volume proportions are as follows: 221,600 tons were exported to Bangladesh, a year-on-year decrease of 51.9%, accounting for 28.91%; 161,700 tons were exported to China, a year-on-year increase of 12.27%, accounting for 21.09%. </p
