When dyeing fine denier polyester fibers, the dispersed dye can be dyed under conditions lower than that of ordinary polyester yarns. In this process, the time for the dye to diffuse inside is required, and more dyes are required. When dyeing polyurethane-impregnated fabrics made on nonwoven fabrics, when it is not a single fiber, it absorbs more dye than fibers, considering that impregnated polyurethane contains at least a similar structure to a sponge. In order to understand the appropriate dyeing temperature, we conducted the following confirmation experiment.
◆Dyeing experiment of fine denier fiber nonwoven fabric and polyurethane
  (1) Experimental sample: PTMG-MDI-EG polyurethane impregnation processing was carried out on 0.05~0.09 denier fibers, accounting for 66% of the fibers. , polyurethane accounts for 34% to conduct the experiment.
Staining conditions: Dianix Navy Blue ER: FS(CI Blue l42) 30%
  Disperse TL 1.0cc/l
  CH3COOH 0.5cc/l
  Bath ratio 1:100 X℃×60 minutes
Reduction and cleaning method: sodium hydroxide 2g/l
  NaOH2S204 2g/l
  Bath ratio 1:80 80℃×60 minutes
  (2)Result
  (a) If the dyeing temperature is increased, the dyeing amount of fine denier fibers will be reduced, and the appropriate temperature is 120℃.
  (b) The amount of polyurethane dyeing is not affected by the dyeing temperature.
  (c) Regarding the coloring of the fiber, the hue is not stable and has a feeling similar to surface dyeing.
  (d) Regarding the washing fastness, there is no big difference between 120℃×90 minutes and 3 to 4 levels at 130℃, but the light fastness is appropriate to 120℃, which is at 130℃. Level 2, and it will drop to Level 1 at 140℃.
◆The changes in dye distribution after heat treatment of micro denier fiber polyurethane
The purpose of this experiment is to confirm whether it is better to dye the polyurethane-impregnated fabric directly, or is it better to pre-shaped the braid first to reduce dyeing wrinkles Some. At the same time, it is also to adjust the dyeing of extremely fine yarns through heat treatment.
Sample: According to the ratio of 0.05~0.09 denier fiber, PTMG-MDI-EG polyurethane, heat treatment is carried out at 140℃×60 seconds, 180℃×60 seconds, and dye distribution is checked. change.
Determination of dyeing amount: The fibers flow out at a ratio of acetone 90/water 10, and the polyurethane is extruded at a ratio of acetone 50/water 50 to confirm the large absorption wavelength. If heat treatment is performed, the amount of dyeing will be reduced. At this time, the dyeing temperature is preferably 120°C.
