Nearly 20 of this year’s award-winning projects are achievements in the development of new fiber materials, indicating that the scientific and technological advantages of new textile materials continue to be maintained. With enterprises as the main body, close cooperation between industry, academia and research institutes has become the main channel for technological innovation in the textile industry. Among the 135 projects awarded this year, 52 were the result of joint industry-university-research research projects, accounting for 39% of the total number of award-winning projects; among them, industry-university-research cooperation projects accounted for 73% of the first prizes. With enterprises as the main body and cooperation between industry, academia and research institutes, the independent innovation capabilities of enterprises have been effectively improved.

With the goal of product upgrading and improving labor productivity, technological transformation has become the main battlefield of scientific and technological innovation. High and new technologies have transformed traditional industries, promoted product upgrading, and increased the added value of products.

Based on support and guarantee, technical standards and soft science have become the main link of scientific and technological innovation. At present, there are breakthroughs in basic and original achievements in soft science and technical standards in the textile industry. Among this year’s award-winning results, there are 8 soft science projects and 15 standard research projects, highlighting my country’s achievements and international advantages in recent years in the fields of functional testing and evaluation, fiber quantitative analysis, and harmful substance detection.

Sun Ruizhe said that despite the remarkable results, overall, the independent innovation capabilities of the textile industry still need to be strengthened, and the endogenous power of innovation-driven and the supporting role of human resources are still insufficient. Due to various reasons such as systems, mechanisms, and policies, the transformation process of scientific and technological achievements in the textile industry and the application of industry, academia, and research have not yet formed an effective complementarity. To fundamentally break through the current innovation dilemma, pilot testing and engineering research on scientific and technological achievements need to be strengthened urgently to improve the maturity of scientific and technological achievements. “At present, many scientific and technological achievements are only in the laboratory stage and do not meet the conditions for transformation, and the achievements end here. If pilot tests and engineering research are not in place and blindly transformed, the transformation of achievements will also fail. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the marketization of technology research and development Demand-oriented, strengthen engineering and industrialization research of scientific and technological achievements, explore new models of collaborative innovation in the industrial chain, avoid secondary or tertiary development during the promotion of achievements, and thus accelerate the process of transformation and application of achievements. ” He believes that enterprises should realize this. , under the new situation, the survival and development of enterprises essentially depend on their technological innovation, ability to absorb scientific and technological achievements, and operational capabilities.
