Application

Textile cleanliness is a key factor in the effectiveness of moisture-wicking resin finishes. Hydrophobic substances such as lubricants, softeners, slurries, etc. must be removed before finishing to ensure that the moisture wicking effect is not affected.

The cleanliness of cellulose-containing fabrics can be tested using the AATCC79-2000 drip method. Clean cellulosic textiles should be hydrophilic and the wetting time must be less than 10 seconds.

FCK014 is used as a softener and can be used together with common additives. It is generally processed by padding.

Application process:

1． Pure cotton fabric penetrating agent (rewetting) 11.0g/L

For the wet baking resin finishing process, the fabric needs to be cured at room temperature and washed with water, and then FCK014 is applied.

·Ingredients are in the order shown in the recommended recipe.

·The finishing fluid temperature should be maintained between 5-35°C.

·Applicable liquid rolling rate: 60-70%.

·Formula 2 is suitable for fabrics with polyester content less than 50%.

Drying and baking of fabrics:

The drying and baking of fabrics should be based on the usage conditions of resin and catalyst.

Under the wet baking process, watermarks may be seen on the cloth surface. Please check the cloth surface. If there is watermark, it needs to be padded once (watered) and dried.
