On December 29, 2020, the Committee on Dumping, Subsidies and Non-tariff Trade Barriers of the National Institute for Competition and Intellectual Property Protection of Peru published Article 166 in the official daily newspaper ElPeruasdfssdfsno -Announcement No. 2020/CDB-INDECOPI, imposing the third anti-dumping action on polyester-cotton poplin fabrics originating in Pakistan (width greater than or equal to 2.20 meters, unit weight between 50 grams/square meter and 250 grams/square meter) The sunset review affirmative final decision, the decision to extend the 2004 Announcement No. 017-2004/CDS-INDECOPI was confirmed, and was announced in the 2010 Announcement No. 031-2010/CFD-INDECOPI and the 2016 Announcement No. 104-2016/CDB-INDECOPI Anti-dumping duties with extended validity period.
