In December 2020, Pakistan exported $1.286 billion in textiles and clothing, a month-on-month decrease of 0.31%, and a year-on-year increase of 9.26%; it exported 0 tons of raw cotton; it exported 31,700 tons of cotton yarn, a month-on-month increase of 21.54%. A year-on-year decrease of 24.16%; the export of cotton cloth was 114 million square meters, a decrease of 14.93% month-on-month and a year-on-year decrease of 40.93%.
In the 2020/21 fiscal year (July-22, 2020), Pakistan exported textiles and clothing to US$6.046 billion, a year-on-year increase of 4.9%; exports of cotton yarn were 137,100 tons, a year-on-year decrease 29.03%. </p
