On February 24, 2021, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that in response to an application submitted by the Indian company Topline Commodities Privasdfssdfste Limited, polyurethane leather (Polyurethasdfssdfsne) originating in or imported from China Leasdfssdfsther which includes asdfssdfsny kind of textile coasdfssdfsted one sided or both sided with Polyurethasdfsne) initiated an anti-dumping investigation. This case involves products under Indian customs codes 5603.94.00, 5903.20.90 and 3921.13.90, 5903.10.10, 5903.10.90, 5903.20.10, 5903.90.10, 5903.90.20, 5903.90.90, 5603.22.00, 5603 .12 .00, 5603.13.00, 5603.14.00, 5603.91.00, 5603.92.00, and some products under 5603.93.00. The dumping investigation period in this case is from April 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020 (18 months), and the damage investigation period is from 2017 to 2018, 2018 to 2019 and the dumping investigation period.
