The Vietnam Trade Protection Bureau stated that in this case, the dumping margin of Vietnamese companies was determined to be 2.67-11.82%.
The dumping margin of Indonesian companies is 7.45-26.07%; the dumping margin of Thai companies is 14.8-56.08%; the tax rate of all Malaysian companies is 17.35%. </p
