In June 2021, Vietnam exported textile and clothing to US$3.065 billion, an increase of 19.07% from the previous month, and an increase of 17.78% from the same period last year; it exported 171,800 tons of yarn, an increase of 2.82% from the previous month, and an increase of 35.09% from the same period last year. ; Imported cotton was 145,500 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 7.91%, and a year-on-year increase of 20.85%; imported yarn was 92,900 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 0.95%, a year-on-year increase of 20.59%; imported fabrics were US$1.388 billion, a month-on-month decrease of 7.83%, a year-on-year increase of 33.62%.
From January to June 2021, Vietnam exported textiles and clothing to US$15.322 billion, a year-on-year increase of 15.5%; exported yarn was 986,100 tons, a year-on-year increase of 35.50%. </p
