Pakistan exports cotton yarn 10,000 tons

In July, the first month of the 2021/11 fiscal year, the revenue of Pakistan’s textile and apparel sector increased slightly year-on-year and decreased slightly month-on-month. Exports of textiles and clothing were US$1.471 billion, a month-on-month decrease of 22.39%, and a year-on-year increase of 15.59%; cotton yarn exports were 28,700 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 26.10%, a year-on-year increase of 1.16%; cotton cloth exports were 33 million square meters, a month-on-month decrease of 27.37%, a year-on-year decrease of 79.99%. </p
