On October 30, 2021, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2021/49. In response to the application of Turkish domestic manufacturers, the first batch of glass fiber and its products originating in China was launched. The second anti-dumping sunset review was initiated and investigated. This case involves Turkish tax numbers 7019.22.00.00.00, 7019.12.00.00.00, 7019.19.10.00.00, 7019.19.90.00.00, 7019.31.00.00.00, 7019.90.00.10.00, 7019.90.00.30.00 Products under , does not include fiberglass insulating sleeves and coils, and perforated discs of fiberglass fabric used for grinding and cutting discs.

Stakeholders should submit questionnaires, case comments and evidence materials within 37 days of the announcement.

On January 11, 2010, Turkey launched an anti-dumping investigation into glass fiber and its products originating in China. On December 31, 2010, Turkey made a positive final anti-dumping ruling on the case and levied an anti-dumping tax of 20.20%-23.75% based on the CIF value of the products involved (see Announcement No. 2022/1 of the former Ministry of Economic Affairs of Turkey) . On April 17, 2015, Turkey made a final anti-dumping review on the Chinese products involved in the case, and adjusted the anti-dumping duties on the Chinese products involved in the case to 24.50-35.75% (see Announcement No. 2015/5 of the former Ministry of Economic Affairs of Turkey). On December 3, 2016, Turkey extended the validity period of anti-dumping duties on Chinese products involved for five years for the first time (see Announcement No. 2016/48).
