On February 2, 2011, the US CPSC announced a recall of Chinese-made children’s robes.
The recalled product is BAOPTEIL’s 100% ultra-fine polyester children’s robe. Products come in a variety of colors and patterns, and sizes 2T-14 years. Product has long sleeves with hood, two front pockets, belt, side seam label with “Masdfssdfsde in Chinasdfssdfs”, measurements, fiber content, washing instructions.
The product does not meet federal flammability standards for children’s pajamas and may cause burns to children.
The recalled products were sold on Amazon from December 2019 to August 2021. About 3,800 pieces were sold, priced at US$6-19.
So far, no accidents or casualties have been reported.
CPSC recommends that you stop using this product immediately and contact Amazon or BAOPTEIL for a full refund.
