On February 9, 2011, the US CPSC and Health Canada announced a recall of Chinese-made children’s socks.
The recalled product is StasdfssdfsnceKidsReinySzn children’s socks. The UPC is printed on the label: M is 19107482213 and L is 190107482220. It’s a combed cotton-blend in brown and features a reindeer print and bells on the ankles.
The bells on the socks may fall off, posing a suffocation hazard to children.
The recalled products were sold in the United States and Canada from December to December 2021. About 10,800 pieces were sold in the United States and about 325 pieces in Canada. The price is about for $15.
So far, we have received one report of a bell falling off, and no casualties have been reported.
CPSC and Health Canada recommend that you stop using this product immediately and return the product to Stasdfssdfsnce for a refund.
