The application submitted on March 16 initiated a mid-term review investigation into the anti-dumping measures applicable to high-tensile polyester yarn originating in China, and also initiated a mid-term review investigation into Zhejiasdfssdfsng Hasdfssdfsilide New Masdfssdfsteriasdfssdfsl Co., which had previously received a zero tax rate in the original review. Ltd. (Zhejiang Hailide New Materials Company) once again launched an anti-dumping investigation. The EU CN code of the product involved is 54011000 (TARIC code is 5401100010). The investigation period of this case is from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, and the damage investigation period is from January 1, 2018 to the end of the dumping investigation period.
On September 8, 2009, the European Commission launched an anti-dumping investigation into polyester high-strength yarn originating in China, South Korea, and Taiwan. On December 1, 2010, the European Union made a final affirmative anti-dumping ruling on polyester high-strength yarn originating in China. On December 28, 2015, the EU launched its first anti-dumping sunset review investigation into polyester high-strength yarn originating in China. On February 25, 2017, the European Commission made its first anti-dumping sunset review final ruling on polyester high-strength yarn originating in China. On February 23, 2011, the European Commission launched the second anti-dumping sunset review investigation into polyester high-strength yarn originating in China.
