On October 25, 2011, Health Canada announced a recall of Chinese-made children’s clothing.
This product recall involves the SpiritSignasdfssdfstureCollection children’s magical unicorn costume model number 01413376 or 01413368.
The product may be sold without fixing screws to keep the battery box closed. The button batteries in the battery box may be easily accessible, posing a risk of suffocation and ingestion to young children. Danger. Products sold with the supplied screws are not affected.
The recalled products were sold in Canada from August 2011 to October 2011, with approximately 2 units sold.
As of October 19, 2011, there were no reports of accidents or casualties.
