On December 30, 2011, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Resolution No. 2954/QD-BCT, which regulates polyester filament yarns imported from China, India, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Launch an anti-dumping mid-term review investigation to review whether to adjust the current anti-dumping duties. This case involves products under Vietnamese tax numbers 5402.33.00, 5402.46.00, and 5402.47.00.
On April 6, 2020, Vietnam imposed restrictions on imports from China and India , Indonesia, and Malaysia’s polyester filament yarns have launched anti-dumping investigations. On September 1, 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Resolution No. 2080/QD-BCT, making an affirmative preliminary ruling on the case and levying temporary anti-dumping duties on the products involved. On October 13, 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Resolution No. 2302/QD-BCT, making a positive final ruling on the case and formally imposing anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the above-mentioned countries. Among them, the tax rate on the products involved in China is 3.36 -17.45%.
