According to Urumqi Customs statistics, from January to May 2023, Xinjiang’s export value of textile yarns, fabrics and products was 6.362 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 256.93%; the export value of clothing and clothing accessories was 29.082 billion yuan yuan, a year-on-year increase of 94.81%.
The import value of Xinjiang textile yarns, fabrics and products from January to May 2023 was 27 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.93%; the import value of clothing and clothing accessories was 10 million yuan , a year-on-year increase of 719.10%. </p
