According to Urumqi Customs statistics, from January to August 2023, Xinjiang’s export value of textile yarns, fabrics and products was 10.714 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 137.00%; the export value of clothing and clothing accessories was 57.015 billion yuan yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.93%.
The import value of Xinjiang textile yarns, fabrics and products from January to August 2023 was 70 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 146.13%; the import value of clothing and clothing accessories was 30 million yuan , a year-on-year increase of 262.69%. </p
