On December 26, 2023, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement 2023/38 stating that upon the application of Turkish manufacturers, the first batch of synthetic and man-made staple fiber fabrics originating in China will be launched. Four anti-dumping sunset review investigations. The Turkish tax numbers of the products involved are 55.13, 55.14, 55.15, and 55.16. The announcement will take effect from the date of issuance. During the investigation of the case, the current anti-dumping duties will remain in effect.
Stakeholders should submit questionnaires, case comments and evidence materials within 37 days from the date of announcement.

2000 On September 30, Turkey launched an anti-dumping investigation into synthetic and man-made staple fiber fabrics originating in China. On February 15, 2001, Turkey made a positive final ruling on the case and began to impose anti-dumping duties. Since then, Turkey has conducted three sunset reviews, respectively on June 19, 2007, May 5, 2013, and December 31, 2018, making affirmative rulings and extending the tax deadline three times.
